Dear Best Friend,
Thank you for giving me Pure Moods as a birthday gift today, 20 minutes ago. I have wanted this since I was in 6th grade. It couldn't have arrived at a better time (oh, and thanks Onionania for 'paying for it'? or at least playing guitar hero with me, that was great too).
Questions and concerns:
1. Dear East Coast: why does it get so dark around 4:00 in the afternoon? It's really unfair.
2. Dear Academics: why do you have to assign 10 page research papers? It's really a stressful assignment.
3. Dear Coffee & Ramen Noodles: can you help me write these last four pages before I go insane? kthx!

Guitar Hero is really great but it's making me not do all of my work.

I want to thank you for designing the Chicago skyline theme for VOX. I use it on my VOX blog at:

If you are asked to write a ten-page term paper, be thankful! It is much harder to write a five-paper term paper. Next time you write a ten-page term paper, take another crack at it and condense into five pages.
I used to write term papers that were anywhere from 50 to 100 pages. But then I discovered that my professors didn't like reading such long papers anymore than I liked writing them. I learned by trial and error how to condense my "great ideas" into only a few pages, generally keeping them between five and eight pages. To my surprise and delight, I began receiving better grades than I did on my tedious opuses.
hee. I had pure moods (still must have it somewhere) in my first years of college. I used to listen to it all the time, and my boyfriend would make fun of me for it every single time.
It's so good to listen to while studying or anything else where you want music on in the background that won't distract you.
Although the X-files track I always had to skip over, cause it would creep me out late at night.
The tubular bells one is the one that creeps me out! I always have to skip that one...
